COMPANY BACKGROUND

Established in 1995 by, husband and wife team, Claire and Glyn Locke, Artigiano has fast become the UK’s leading Italian fashion brand, available through mail order and the internet. The collections are about authentic, understated Italian style. Trends from the catwalks of Milan combined with mainly, the finest genuine Italian fabrics, create a look of refined sophistication.

We have approximately 150 staff based over 3 sites:

  • Ealing, London - Buying office
  • Shalfleet, Isle of Wight - Head Office which houses our Finance, Human Resources, IT and E- Commerce, Marketing and Merchandising teams along with our Call Centre.
  • Cowes, Isle of Wight - Distribution Centre where our stock is delivered, picked, packed and reprocessed.

Call Centre (Shalfleet, Isle of Wight)

Casual Team Member

Working as one of our casual team members when we have busy periods of trading, the hours are flexible and can be worked between our opening times of 08:00 - 20:00 Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 on a Saturday and 10:00 - 16:00 on a Sunday.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Taking our customers orders
  • Dealing with any customer queries and concerns
  • General administration

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • An interest in fashion
  • Computer skills

Distribution Centre (Cowes, Isle of Wight)

Casual Team Member

Working as one of our casual team members when we have busy periods of trading, the hours are flexible and can be worked between our opening times of 08:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday and 08:00 - 14:15 on a Saturday.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Picking and packing our customers' clothes orders
  • Opening our customers' returns
  • Reprocessing our returns – steaming and folding the garments ready for re-sale

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:

  • Attention to detail
  • Customer service awareness
  • An interest in clothes
