Delivery

All our orders are shipped from the United Kingdom. Higher value and next day delivery parcels will require a signature on delivery, therefore please inform us if you would like your order delivered to an address other than your billing address, or if you have any special delivery instructions.

To ensure we process your order correctly, if your address is a Channel Islands or BFPO address, please enter your address manually or use postcode lookup and then update your country to 'Channel Islands' or 'BFPO' in your account.

*Please note, during busy sale periods our standard delivery times may be extended.

**If you place your order before 1pm Monday to Thursday, we can arrange for delivery on the next working day for an additional £5.00 charge (total postage & packing charge £9.95). Please note that orders placed on a Friday before 1pm will be delivered on a Monday. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on a Tuesday. This service is available for UK and Channel Islands only.

Parcels sent via next day delivery and parcels of a high value will require a signature on delivery, therefore during the checkout process, please choose if you would like your order delivered to an address other than your billing address, or if you have any special delivery instructions.

There will be only one postage & packing charge per order even if we send you more then one parcel, but if you would prefer to wait and receive all your items in one delivery, please tick the box next to 'Despatch as one delivery' within the Delivery section of the Checkout page.
