Returns

We hope you will be delighted with your Artigiano purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied you can return any item purchased from this website to us in its original condition* within 14 days of receipt and we will gladly refund the cost of the goods (excluding postage) or organise an exchange if requested.

*Please note, tights can only be returned in their original un-opened packaging.

If you are not completely happy with the forming dress or forming string body, we can offer an exchange or refund, provided that it's returned to us in its original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed and with all labels intact. Please make sure that bodyshapers (forming dress or forming string body) and swimwear are tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious this hasn't been done.

Please complete the returns note on the bottom of your despatch note and enclose it in your parcel or if you are requesting an exchange please complete the form on the reverse of your despatch note.

If you order non-sale items a free** returns label will be included in your parcel.

**Please note, a free returns service is not available for Channel Island and overseas orders, or for the return of Sale items.

If you return an item for exchange, you will not be charged postage and packing on the replacement item(s).

We recommend that you obtain proof of postage.

We endeavour to process your returns or exchanges as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 14 days from receipt of the returned goods by our warehouse.

If a return was originally purchased with a credit note or gift voucher, we can only offer a credit to your Artigiano account as reimbursement.

Where items are bought as gifts and subsequently returned, the refund can only be given to the original payer.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
