Next Day Delivery

**If you place your order before 2pm Monday to Thursday, we can arrange for delivery on the next working day for an additional £5.00 charge (total postage & packing charge £9.95). Please note that orders placed on a Friday before 2pm will be delivered on a Monday. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on a Tuesday.

Signed For Service

Parcels sent via next day delivery and parcels of a high value will require a signature on delivery, therefore during the checkout process, please choose if you would like your order delivered to an address other than your billing address.

International Orders

We have been delighted with the international interest in Artigiano since the recent press coverage of the Duchess of Cornwall wearing our Tie-Waist Tailored Dress.

Whilst our business to date has been restricted to the UK and Europe, we are doing everything we can to extend it overseas, however this will be rather a manual process at present, with orders charged in Sterling.

Channel Island Orders

We do deliver to the Channel Islands (with the exception of Jersey) but are obliged to levy administration charge equivalent to the amount of VAT that would otherwise be refunded. Unfortunately due to the recent Jersey Goods and Services Tax in place we are unable to produce the necessary documentation required by the Jersey Tax Office and therefore reluctantly have had to temporarily suspend deliveries to Jersey.
